Include your order number or account email and a clear description. For damaged or incorrect goods, include clear photographs where relevant.

SECURITY
Never send your password, OTP, UPI PIN, full card number or card security code. TRENZON support will not ask for these details.

URGENT PAYMENT CONCERN
If money appears deducted but an order is not confirmed, do not pay repeatedly. Contact support with the order number and payment reference so the transaction can be reconciled.
