These terms apply when you access or use TRENZON.

ACCOUNTS
Provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and use the app lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
Product availability, delivery eligibility and final charges are confirmed during checkout. An order may be cancelled or adjusted if stock, price, address, verification or payment information is invalid. Images should identify the listed design or pack; personalised size, finish or specifications are confirmed separately.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Custom watches and jewellery are TRENZON customisation services. Third-party marks, when present on a customer-owned item, do not imply authorised dealership or brand affiliation.

REELS AND COMMUNITY CONTENT
Only upload content you have the right to use. Prohibited, unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content may be rejected or removed. Product tags and approval do not transfer ownership of uploaded content to TRENZON.

PROPERTY LISTINGS
Property information is for enquiries and does not replace independent title, identity, price or legal verification before any transaction.

PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY
Payment completion is subject to provider verification. Delivery timing is an estimate until accepted by the delivery service. Do not share passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or card security codes with support.

CHANGES AND CONTACT
TRENZON may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be reflected here. Questions may be sent to contact@trenzon.com.
